Bonnie and Clyde

B&C! Need I say more? Interesting facts:

1. B&C was critically successful. Awards include ten Oscar nominations (two wins), seven Golden Globe nominations, and WGA awards for Best Drama and Best Screenplay. It's also in the AFI Top 100, although it's not in the WGA Top 101.
2. B&C was commercially successful. It made over $70 million USD between it's release in 1967 and 1973. Interesting fact is that first-time producer Warren Beatty made 40% of the gross because Warner Bros had so little confidence in the film. What's that quote from William Goldman, "Nobody knows anything"?
3. B&C is popularly successful. It's #215 in the imdb Top 250.
4. B&C was the target of either lawsuits or criticism by persons (or their families) depicted in the film. These include Blanche Barrow, the source of the CW Moss character and the family of Texas Ranger Frank Hamer.
